They are opening a new clinic in October and with this, need a permanent Family Medicine Physician to join their team. This is a faith-focused and patient-centric practice that would be a great fit for anyone looking for work/life balance in a rapidly growing community.

Practice Information:

1. Settings: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
2. Recruiting: Seeking a Family Medicine Physician (without OB)
3. Locations: Ennis & Waxahachie, TX (Need help in Waxahachie)
4. New Clinic, will be open in October
5. Exam rooms: 12 total
6. MD/DO: 1 Family Medicine Physician currently – Serving as Medical Director
7. Support Staff: 2 NPs, 1 PA, LVN, Certified Nurse Midwife (only in women’s health)
   1. Planning on doubling current staff once moving into new space. Currently hiring APPs
   2. APPs work 4 x 10 hour shifts
8. Ages: Primarily Adults, in new clinic they will be able to support seeing Pediatric patients
9. Census: On average, 18 patients on the schedule
10. Scheduling: VERY Flexible with scheduling. Option of 5 x 8’s or 4 x 10’s. Willing to schedule earlier or later start times based on preference. Willing to consider 3 days per week for the right candidate
11. EMR: Nextgen, working on moving to EPIC

Offering:

1. Base Salary: $220,000
2. Student Loan Forgiveness: HERSA approved site
3. Insurance provided for employee: Health, Vision, Dental, etc..
4. 5 weeks of PTO (CME time included), 11 paid holidays
5. $1,500 CME allowance
6. Cost for State license, DEA, etc.. covered by practice
7. Malpractice insurance coverage
