Clinical:_x000D_
- Provide direct clinical care and oversight to residents in full scope Family Medicine Clinic_x000D_
- Work effectively and proficiently with other members of the extended inter-professional team_x000D_
- Call responsibilities approximately 1:5 call for inpatient OB, pediatric, and newborn call_x000D_
- No adult inpatient medicine call required_x000D_

Teaching:_x000D_
- Serve as a faculty advisor and mentor for residents_x000D_
- Promote and participate in educational programs of the department (continuing education, resident, student), to include didactics in areas of interest_x000D_
- Supervise and teach learners in both the ambulatory and inpatient pediatric and labor and delivery environment_x000D_
- Demonstrate commitment to scholarly activities and research in community-based health sciences_x000D_
