Family Medicine Faculty Physicians majority of time will be providing teaching, supervision, and mentorship to residents and medical students. The physician will report to the Program Director._x000D_

Essential Functions:_x000D_
- Educational lectures for the residents and students_x000D_
- Research participation_x000D_
- Faculty advisor for a group of residents_x000D_
- Participation in the timely evaluation of the residents and students _x000D_
- Participation in residency program committees, such as the Program Evaluation Committee (PEC), Clinical Competency Committee (CCC), or others._x000D_
- Faculty development activities_x000D_
- Residency recruitment_x000D_
- Maintain hospital privileges in order to provide hospital coverage_x000D_
- Develop and maintain an independent clinical practice, without the presence of residents, in accordance with ACGME requirements._x000D_

- Professional clinical experience in Family Medicine_x000D_
- Wisconsin Physician License _x000D_
- DEA Certificate_x000D_
- Board Certified in Family Medicine_x000D_
