Primary Care Physician - North Phoenix

We are actively seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our multi-specialty health center in North Phoenix. A description of the clinic:

• Team that includes other providers with empathy and experience treating an inclusive patient population
• Culture focused on collaboration and innovation, making healthcare easier so that life can be better
• Medical Assistants and Operations support
• Lab and Radiology on site
• Behavioral Health and Gynecology on site
• Mon-Fri clinic hours with same day appointments available

Requirements for the position:

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• LGBTQ Health Fellowship program and/or AAHIVM Certification desired but not required
• Interpersonal skills conducive to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
