FM/IM Physician needed in Dallas, OR

Urgent Care Setting

Dates: ASAP – Ongoing

This full-time position requires 32 hours of patient-facing time with a flexible 4-day work week and opportunities for extended hours

Call: 1:12

24 to 30 patients per 12-hour day

Skills to perform patient treatment procedures for most acute illnesses or injuries to include: pediatric and adult care; I&Ds; suturing, etc.

All ages- newborns to geriatrics

You will work with a great group of advanced practice providers

Can pick up additional shifts for extra compensation

BC, OR License, BLS, DEA, and COVID vaccine required

$220K or greater base salary, 401(k) with 6% match, life insurance, PTO

$25K sign-on, $15K relocation, $15K immigration reimbursement, paid malpractice
