Upstate New York Community Health System Need Outpatient Primary Care Providers | Albany, New York Suburb | Affordable and Great Pay

Position:

• Community Clinics need full, or part-time outpatient primary care provider in one of their 5 community locations
• Clinics are affiliated with a 100-bed hospital, employ over 30 primary care providers, and average seeing over 400,000 patients a year in their system
• Current clinics have 2 month wait for new patients, ability to ramp quickly
• Each clinic will provide 2-3 exam rooms, LPN, MA, schedulers and front office staff to assist
• System is within a ACO and clinics are PCMH certified – great referral network
• Providers average 15-28 patients a day based on acuity, predominately an adult population as pediatricians are there also
• Additional service lines of Geriatrics, Palliative Care, Endo, Rheum and even Derm can be grown per a service line
• 6 weeks PTO, $4k CE, paid malpractice, benefits, and 403b with match provided
• Base salary of $250,000 with bi-annual bonuses based on wRVUs, Quality Metrics and Patient Satisfaction – Ability to earn over $320,0000 a year
