Position Highlights:

• Provide leadership and direction to primary care medical staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Hybrid schedule with 60% administrative responsibilities and 40% clinical care- no call required.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in an FQHC or community health is highly preferred.
