JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE:
Family Physician
EDUCATION: Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO)
WORK EXPERIENCE: New Graduate or experience providers
SALARY: Based on experience $200,000 to $260,000
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY:
Full spectrum family practice excluding obstetrics.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
o Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency
o Current D.E.A certificate;
o Understanding of Nebraska mandated reporting laws;
o Ability to relate to culturally diverse patients and communities;
o Keep up with CME requirements for Nebraska License and Board Certification.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
o Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO);
o Current board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine (AOBFM);
o Experience working in Family Practice environment, community health experience preferred;
o Valid Nebraska State Medical License.

Medical Center is an established family practice that has been operating in the community for nearly 70 years. From infants to elderly, we provide personal care for the whole family. We work hard to get you seen as soon as possible, whether that is here in the clinic or virtually. When you visit, you will find a friendly, family atmosphere where everyone is treated with respect, dignity and privacy. In 2010, we expanded and opened the Urgent Care. UC provides walk in care seven days a week. We offer onsite lab, X-ray capabilities and the ability to treat minor trauma in additions to providing the usual stitches and care for illness. We pride ourselves in being excellent communicators and coordinating our care with the local family practice providers.
Hours:
o Medical Center M-F 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
o Urgent Care M-Sat 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Sun 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
