Regional Medical Director Needed in the Volusia County Market (Daytona Beach area), Florida!!
Internal Medicine or Family Practitioner Needed
The expectation of a “full-time” Regional Medical Director / Physician Lead works and is compensated as follows:
1. A first-year guarantee of $325K - $375K, with an incentive opportunity yielding a total compensation of up to $500K - $600K.
a. 40%-50% [2-3 days per week] of their time in a traditional clinic role, and
i. Compensation based on productivity, ancillary pool share, mid-level supervision research PI/physicals, and VBR pool share.
b. 50% in a capacity described in the attached job description as Regional Medical Director.
i. Receives a minimum guaranteed draw against the MLR margin.
Private group with financial backing to leverage the market, admin costs, etc.

Best match will have 15-20 years of practicing experience. Board certified in Internal medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine.
Also, leadership skills, ACO/managed care experience. There would likely be quality or utilization committee management experience as well.

Physician may be eligible to participate in the following revenue pools, subject to a mutual agreement between client administration and provider:
· Mid-Level Supervision Revenues Pool
· Ancillary Revenues Pool
· Research Revenues Pool

Per client:
Ideal candidate would most likely be board certified in internal medicine, geriatrics or family medicine. Also, leadership skills, ACO/managed care experience. There would likely be quality or utilization committee management experience as well....VBR / Quality experience
