Call Group is inclusive of Appleton North, Appleton West and Black Creek which includes 17 Physicians and 10 APC's_x000D_

This is an employed position with a flexible two-year salary guarantee based on a four or four and a half day work week._x000D_
Third year of practice, the physician will move to an production compensation plan. Physician may choose to end the guarantee period early._x000D_

Vacation: Time Off 35 days, including vacation, CME, and holidays_x000D_
