An established practice seeks a Family Medicine Provider. This provider will be a community pillar, treating patients' entire families and contributing to a healthy town. Details of this Practice:
- Open to FM, IM, and Med/Peds
- Replacement position: Take over a full patient panel with the stability of an established referral pattern
- Clinic Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, Friday 8am-Noon. Closed daily for lunch 12-1pm.
- Solid support from tenured MA and clerk
- Located on the main hospital campus, convenient to ancillary services and amenities
- 100% outpatient; inpatient shifts available to maintain skills and continuity of care (with additional pay)
