  • Telephone call for nursing home questions is still in effect.
  • Multi-specialty group that consists of 4.85 FP, 2.1 FNP, .8 Womens Health NP and numerous visiting specialties on site weekly
  • Admit to a 24-bed CAH facility that is attached to the clinic.
  • The Emergency Room is staffed by the hospital
  • EPIC EMR
  • No OB
Location Less than two hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Eau Clare, WI and Duluth, MN Spooner population: 2,561 Service area: 15,000 Located in prime lake & recreation area! (Hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, camping, canoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV, etc)
