A well-established independent hospital, is seeking a dedicated and board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join their growing team. This opportunity offers a manageable patient load of 20 patients per day with scheduling flexibility (4 x 10-hour days, weekday off of your choice). Practice Overview:

• Practice: Independent, physician-led 97-bed facility
• Facilities: Two personal exam rooms and a shared treatment room for procedures
• Support: One Medical Assistant per physician initially, with a second MA provided once fully ramped

Scheduling:

• Schedule: Four days per week, with flexibility in selecting a weekday off
• Patient Load: Maximum of 20 patients per day, with initial patient volume adjusted to comfort
• Call: Light, phone-only call duty with a 1:14 rotation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Offering $330,000
• $90,000 sign-on bonus provided
