About This Opportunity:
CareATC is currently looking for a Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.
We are looking to add a full time, forty hour per week Physician to our clinic in Louisville, KY. The clinic is open Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm and supports the employees and families of LG&E. Your patients are also supported by a Health Center Manager, Clinical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, an RN Care Coordinator, and a Mental Health Professional. The ideal candidate will be board certified and have experience working in primary care or a related field. The physician must be willing to be licensed and collaborate for Nurse Practitioners in several states including KY, IN, RI, and PA. The company can help with licensing costs.
