Your Role with the Group: Family Medicine Physician

  • Location: New Haven, CT
  • Outpatient Primary Care
  • Develops a plan of care for each patient, including medical history, physical examination, diagnosis and appropriate treatment and/or referral, including hospitalization if necessary
  • Uses all available resources in diagnosis and treatment, such as laboratory and others tests in an appropriate and cost efficient manner
  • Refers those cases which require specialist services, but maintains primary care responsibility to assure continuity of care
  • Very Light Call - Call via phone 1 week every 2-3 Months. 90% of calls Screened by Nursing Service Line.
  • Cover 1 Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm every 3 Months
  • 4 Day Work Week Available (4x10hrs)
  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred


Background Profile: Family Medicine Physician

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
  • Ability to have a Connecticut State Medical License
  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred
  • Experience with FQHC or Community based medicine a plus
  • Open to H1B and J1 Visa Sponsorship
