Compensation: $275,000 base salary with WRVU bonus potential. Sign on bonus, student loan forgiveness, relocation assistance offered. Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance, malpractice with tail coverage, 403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral option, employee child care center, 6 weeks of annual PTO, one week of CME, $5,000 professional expense allowance.
