Practice Overview:

• Well-established health center providing care to Augusta for 20 years
• Patient centered medical home anchored by a 19,000 square foot facility - Opened in 2012
• Currently providing care at 20 locations – Recruiting for locations in Augusta
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with 2 major hospitals, including a Medical University
• Strong primary care base of 18 providers – Recruiting due to growth
• Average 20-25 patients per day
• Support staff to include advanced practice providers
• No weekends – Phone call only (minimal)

Compensation Overview:

• Base annual salary up to 200K plus production – Demonstrated incomes from 240K-250K
• NHSC Loan Assistance – 75K over 3 years
• Comprehensive benefits

• 5 Days CME with 3500 allowance
• 10K Relocation
• 401K with 4 percent match
