Overview:

• Employed by 99 bed community hospital providing care to 12 counties - Not for profit, locally owned facility
• Average retention across all specialties of 9.9 years
• Outpatient only - Inpatient optional – Current team will proctor on inpatient if desired
• 4.5 day work week - No call or weekends required
• Choose your own schedule after 2 years

Compensation:

• Primary care providers demonstrating income of 350K plus
• Up to 100K in student loan assistance
• Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
• 5 Days CME with $4,000 allowance
• Comprehensive benefits
• Retirement: 3 percent employer contribution plus additional 50 percent match up to 8 percent
