About this role.
As a Physician in our Cody rural health clinic, you’ll work collaboratively with 2 additional providers, to provide top-notch care and quality patient experiences. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to work with excellent support staff, and specialty providers within the community and surrounding areas.
You would practice at our Cody rural health clinic in Cody, WY.
The practice is open M-F with a flexible work schedule.
You will work in a busy practice that has supportive colleagues, and strong nursing staff.
You'll be apart of an established practice that is continuing to grow.
You'll have a strong partnership with Cody Regional, a full-service medical center with a state-of-the-art 25-bed acute care facility.
How we'll support you.
Compensation: our compensation is standard across specialties in the Billings area. Our generous base salary is $280,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.. Additionally, we are offering the following bonuses.
Signing Bonus of $25,000
Relocation Bonus of up to $20,000 (if applicable)
Student Loan repayment bonus up to $100k (if applicable)
As a Physician, you could be eligible for productivity upside earning potential and may be eligible for quality incentives based on your region and specialty. What you'll bring.
We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
American board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine.
Montana medical license.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
It’s also a big plus if you have:
Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position.
