- Four- or five-day work week_x000D_
- Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse triaged call_x000D_
- Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite_x000D_
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support_x000D_
- Provider team consists of three physicians and two APPs_x000D_
- 15 20 patients per day_x000D_
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record_x000D_
- Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m._x000D_
