- Heartspring is an integrative medicine clinic whose practices include conventional Western medicine as well as other evidence-informed approaches including functional medicine, OMT, acupuncture, and mind-body therapy._x000D_
- Position is for a full-time (34 patient contact hours/week) primary care provider, with OMT skills._x000D_
- Average 18 patients/day._x000D_
- Average panel size of 1,000 1,500 patients._x000D_
- Phone call is 1 in 4 weeks._x000D_
- Group includes 7 medical providers, licensed acupuncturist, LCSW, and a dietitian_x000D_
- Engage in medical education through the teaching of residents and medical students who rotate through the clinic._x000D_

- Board certified/Board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine._x000D_
- Training in integrative medicine, functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, medical acupuncture, or OMT preferred. Additional ABOIM board certification preferred._x000D_
- Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented._x000D_
- Eligibility to work in the United States, and eligibility for state medical license_x000D_
