Compensation: Base Salary $275,000 + incentives

● Full-time - Outpatient Only

● Schedule: 4 or 4 1/2 days, flexible

● 8am to 5pm, can manage own schedule
● Shared call: call is typically one weekday every 5 weeks and one weekend every 20th weekend
● Location: 40 Minutes East from Indianapolis Indiana
● 15 Physicians (FM and IM) and 20 Nurse Practitioners
● 14-16 Patients per day
