One of the largest health care systems in the nation, with 44 hospitals and roughly 482 clinics is seeking full-time Family Medicine physicians to join its network of rural primary care clinics in North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. Physicians will enjoy a three year guaranteed base salary + wRVU bonus well above national average in addition to a generous signing/retention bonus paid over three years. This is a nonprofit health system with PSLF loan forgiveness available.

Clinics are established with current providers who welcome the support of an additional physician. Clinics vary in size and patient base but you will have the opportunity to treat all ages. H1B visa sponsorship is available. $350,000 base salary guarantee for three years. $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years.
