Job Description
A large non-profit healthcare system is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to join its established practice in Plainfield, Indiana. The new physician will be joining an established, busy practice with four physicians and two advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m.
- Weekday call is rotated among the physicians: 1:7
- Weekend Call: 1:14
- Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day
- No inpatient work or OB
- Common Diagnoses (Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, Wellness Visits)
- On-site Equipment (Lab, Imaging)
- Sports Medicine is located in the same building
- Outpatient physical therapy
