Seeking a Locums Physician interested in working in a Correctional Facility near Portage, WI.
- Pay: $170-$190
- Location: Must be open to splitting days between 2 clinics (Portage and Fox Lake)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift: 5/8s or 4/10s
- Day shift
- No On Call
- Locums contract for 13 weeks with the ability to keep extending
- Paid for Malpractice Insurance
- 40 hours Guaranteed
Qualifications
Must recent experience working in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Urgent Care
Must have Active WI license
Must have a DEA license
