Seeking a Locums Physician interested in working in a Correctional Facility near Portage, WI.

  • Pay: $170-$190
  • Location: Must be open to splitting days between 2 clinics (Portage and Fox Lake)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Shift: 5/8s or 4/10s
  • Day shift
  • No On Call
  • Locums contract for 13 weeks with the ability to keep extending
  • Paid for Malpractice Insurance
  • 40 hours Guaranteed

Qualifications

Must be open to working in a Correctional Facility
Must recent experience working in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Urgent Care
Must have Active WI license
Must have a DEA license
