Job Overview
The Family Practice Physician delivers extensive medical services to individuals and families within the scope of their training, encompassing preventive care, immunizations, primary care, treatment, medication prescribing, and the interpretation of lab tests and physical examinations across all age groups. With a focus on providing comprehensive primary care, the position adheres to productivity guidelines targeting between 18-22 patients per day. Weekend clinic rotations occur approximately 4-5 times per year, offering clinicians the choice between straight time pay or flex time compensation. Following orientation/onboarding, clinicians will also partake in on-call duties. We seek dedicated professionals committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Must be proficient in Spanish
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree required
- Current and unrestricted CA medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical work experience
- Current DEA license
- ACLS certification
