Join a physician-led organization looking for a dedicated Family Medicine physician to fill growing need. Practice with a collaborative group with exceptional APP and administrative support while living in Metro Minneapolis.
The Opportunity:
• Independent healthcare system with strong leadership, extensive specialties and a dedication to patient care and work/life balance.
• Practice full scope Family Medicine with optional OB, and the flexibility to practice the way you want.
• Excellent work/life balance with moderate 1:15 call (no hospital call), a 4-day work week and 7+ weeks off year 1.
• Enjoy modern facilities and equipment with exceptional clinical and administrative support.
Compensation Details:
• Competitive, guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus production bonus, signing bonus, relocation, and other incentives.
• Signing bonus & relocation stipend plus a comprehensive benefit package with excellent retirement options, CME stipend and more.
• Ownership track after two years with total earnings 75th percentile MGMA or better.
