The Opportunity:
• This full scope Family Medicine practice offer excellent clinical support, the opportunity to include OB, and a diverse patient panel.
• 4-day work week, 1:15 call by week, and 6+ weeks off year one provides an excellent work/life balance and time to enjoy living in Metro Minneapolis.
• Join a collaborative staff with easy access to consults and other specialties onsite.
• Build your practice how you want with significant autonomy and flexibility.
Compensation Details:
• Competitive, guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus production bonus, signing bonus, relocation, and other incentives.
• Ownership track after two years with total earnings 75th percentile MGMA or better.
• Executive level benefits with 100% paid health care for you and your family plus extraordinary employee retirement contribution to 30K+.
