Ashtabula County Medical Center (ACMC) in Ashtabula, OH is hiring a Perm Family Medicine Physician! ACMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60+ employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.

Job Description
  • Full-time negotiable schedule
  • On call 3-4 days per month
  • Clinic Practice Setting
  • 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
  • 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
  • Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
  • Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
  • Lab onsite
  • X-Ray onsite
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range: $240,000-$375,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
  • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
  • Sign on bonus - negotiable

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • OH license (or willing to obtain)
  • BLS, ACLS (by time of start)
