Due to community need our client in Southwestern Iowa is adding a Primary Care physician to join their team. They are offering a great work/life balance with a flexible schedule, competitive compensation package that includes a sign-on bonus.

Base salary of $315,000 + quality and RVU bonuses. Employed Position with Full Benefits, Signing bonus and a yearly retention bonus. . Call is 1:5 (can be done from home) - No ER coverage required. Flexible scheduling - 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks . Generous and aggressive tuition reimbursement program. Relocation Assistance . IPERS retirement (employee contributes 6.29% up to 315k and Hospital contributes 9.44% up to 315k). PTO - 240 hours annually. Health, dental & vision w/premiums paid by hospital for provider and family. Life insurance 1x annual salary paid by hospital with option to purchase more. CME $5500 + 40 hrs paid.
