Job Title: Physician - Family Practice/Internal Medicine

Start Date: November 20, 2023

Contract Length: 3-6 months

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Work Details:

• Coverage Needed per Month: Full-time
• Number of Patients: 3-4 patients per hour
• Patient Population/Age: All ages (Family Practice), adults only (Internal Medicine)
• Department Description: Outpatient clinic setting
• EMR: EPIC
• Special Procedures: Not applicable
• Skills Required:
  • Comprehensive medical services for patients of all ages
  • Meeting, assessing, and diagnosing patients
  • Providing healthcare services meeting national standards of care
  • Interest in helping underserved populations
  • Familiarity with Quality Measures (a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Practice Setting: Community Health Center
