Family Medicine Physician (FP)
Family Medicine Physician Position needed in Gardner, MA

About the Position:
- Salary Range: $225,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

- Health Insurance: Employer contributes 70% (Approx. $80 per pay period) Kicks in Day 1

Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, promoting Work/Life Balance (36 Clinical Hours, 4 Hours Admin)
- Outpatient Primary Care
- No Weekend or Night Shifts Required
- 22 Patients Per Day On Average
- On Call Rotation is Minimal
- Full Support Staff Available
- Practice Autonomy
Requirements:
- Experience Preferred but Not Essential
- Passion for Compassionate Care
- Must Possess a Clear and Active License to Practice in Massachusetts
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine will be considered
- New Grads will be considered
- BC/BE Required
