The Position: We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Lakeland, FL. In this position, the Primary Care Physician will provide primary care services to adults and children who may have co-occurring behavioral health disorders. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $216,000+ Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

• M-F 8AM-5PM
• No Nights or Weekends
• Provide physical examinations and order lab work as required.
• Provides pharmacological management.
• Performs diagnostic evaluations according to licensure.
• Participates in peer review.
• Ability to relate to patients in a manner conducive to bringing about improved physical or mental health.
• Ability to plan for and allocate scarce medical/psychiatric resources.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team for the coordination of client care
• Member of the Medical Staff Panel
• Reports Directly to the Medical Director

Requirements:

• Graduate from an Accredited Medical School
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Valid Florida Medical License
• Valid DEA Certificate
• Medicaid/Medicare Eligible
• Experience in Primary Care/Substance Abuse/Mental Health
• Bilingual is a Plus!
