Location: Coastal, Oregon
Duration: Start July for 3+ months (with the possibility to be ongoing)
Reason for coverage: Physician retiring
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with Wednesdays off
Shift: 9:00am to 7:00pm, with Wednesdays off
Call: None
Patient volume: 18-20 patients/day, 20 & 40-minute slots
Scope: outpatient primarily aged 65+
We need a Family Medicine Physician for to cover our Warrenton Clinic, all ages, with an emphasis on geriatric patients.
EMR: Cerner
Hospital: 25 bed critical access
Group/support: Affiliated with Columbia Memorial Hospital and OHSU, full support available
Requirements (boards, license): OR license, OR DEA, Family Medicine board certified, or eligible (OR license & DEA by start date)
