5th Street Medical Plaza is seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine Physician to join the fast growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.

About the Position:

  • Average patient load of 20-25 per day
  • EMR: EPIC
  • M-F 8a to 5p
  • Outpatient only, no weekend requirement
  • Lab and X-Ray onsite
