What makes this client unique:
It is independent, not owned by a hospital, which means that the leadership is actively involved in patient care alongside the team. The practice is run by providers, not administrators.
In terms of quality performance, this practice consistently outperforms others, especially for a population of over 1,000 members, as evidenced by recent data from Optum, showing superior star ratings compared to other clinics.
The practice also offers a robust support system with clinical pharmacists and integrated behavioral health providers. The work schedule is a 4-day week, which is more favorable than the typical 4.5-day work week found elsewhere.
On-site services include X-ray, mammography, ultrasound, and laboratory facilities. The practice emphasizes continuous learning, accepting a variety of students to stay at the forefront of evidence-based medicine.
A recent staff survey showed that 100% of respondents are proud to work there, and turnover is virtually non-existent—any departures are typically due to medical assistants leaving to further their education, not due to dissatisfaction.
