A community of 500K+ people located in the Southern California Valley needs a full-time Family Medicine Physician to work in an all-outpatient setting alongside 2 other Physician's and 2 NP's. This community is just 2 hours from Los Angeles with a cost of living that is over 50% lower. This is a lucrative position with an income guarantee of $310K before production and the option for a 4 or 4.5-day work week.
The Position:
• Practice alongside 2 Family Med MD/DO's and 2 FNP's, average volume of 18-20 patients per day
• 4.5-day work week option
• Option for an MA and/or Scribe
• 2 clinic locations-option to work with an underserved and Spanish-speaking population, if desired
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary of $285K with a yearly Retention Bonus of $25K- Guaranteed income of $310K before production
• Sign-on of $15K Relocation stipend, Full Benefits, Retirement, 5.5 weeks of PTO, $2K in CME, and more
