Opportunity Details:
• Work alongside 11 primary care physicians and 20 Advanced Practice Clinicians in a collaborative care model using a Medical Home approach to care
• See 16-20 patients per day
• Full-time is 32 patient contact hours a week
• The critical access hospital (Level III Trauma) and encompasses 72,000 square feet and is undergoing an expansion to double in size
• The stunning facilities are bright, modern and spotless!
Compensation and Benefits Details:
• Two-year base compensation of $300,000 +tiered production bonus
• $200,000 recruitment incentive
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• $10,000 quality incentive
• Benefits include Paid Time Off, 401K + match, medical insurance (fully paid by the organization) and more!
