PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:_x000D_
1) Must hold MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school_x000D_
2) Must have completed and approved internship_x000D_

4) Must be Board Certified or Board eligible_x000D_
