A multi-specialty group is in search of a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible family medicine practitioner for their outpatient practice situated in central Washington state. This position offers a standard four-day workweek, with an average patient load of 20 to 25 patients per day. The role includes outpatient phone call duties only, with a rotation of 1:6 weeks, nurse triaged. There are on-site facilities for laboratory services, X-ray, CT scans, MRI, and integrated behavioral health support.
Multi Specialty Group Employee w/ Partnership, Outpatient only. EPIC in use for EMR. Pay range $267,986 to $289,715. Standard four-day work week. Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support. Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14. Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000. Internal student loan repayment of up to $125,000. One-year physician partnership track for US candidates. Matching 401k upon start, life insurance, long term disability insurance. Physician leaders and decision makers at all levels of the organization. HEDI: Active Health Equity and Diversity Inclusion program. Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years.
