The Mercy Health Springfield, Ohio Market is seeking family medicine physicians to join thriving practices in Springfield and Urbana, OH. These practices allow for small city, small town, suburban or rural living with easy access to Dayton, OH and Columbus, OH.

• Great wRVU potential!
• Behavioral Health consultations embedded on site.
• Telemedicine
• Call is limited.
• 18-25 patients per day
• A Resident Stipend is Available!
• APC oversite - is available.
• Med Student Rotations.
• Assess/evaluate, diagnose, establish plan of care, treat, including referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary
• Perform physical assessments on patients and complete patient histories as well as Virtual Visits

• Order medications, treatments, labs, etc. as described and permitted under the Ohio State Medical Board and Mercy Health Springfield’s Credentialing Board.
• Coordinate patient care, assessments, counsel and advise patients regarding concerns
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Ohio Medical License or willingness to obtain Ohio License
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
