Family Practice (no OB) | 80th Percentile MGMA Compensation | Midwest

Earn $400k+ Annually | $500k+ year 1

Position Highlights

• Desirable Practice Setting: Lab/MRI on site; 3 exam rooms per provider. Each provider has a private office.
• Comprehensive Care: Enjoy practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine with a focus on quality patient care
• Culture & Support: Nurse with each Physician
• Optimal Patient Volume: Manage an average of 16-20 clinic patients daily; 1-5 inpatient
• Sponsorships: J-1 and H-1B sponsorships; Open to new graduates

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $400k+ annually
• Additional Compensation: Paid Call - (ER coverage, primary and secondary). Choose when you are on call!
• Sign on Bonus: $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000 relocation assistance
• Retention Bonus: The opportunity to earn a $255,000 state retention bonus after completing your third year.

Qualifications

• Degree: MD/DO
• Certifications: Board eligible / board certified in Family Medicine
• Licensure: Active state licensure or ability to obtain state licensure
