Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is mission drive and physician led 600+ provider multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) to join us in a part-time capacity, ranging from a 0.4 – 0.9 FTE depending on physician preference.
We have part-time positions available across multiple sites in the Boise Metro Area including our clinics at Bown Crossing, Lake Hazel, Emerald, Meridian, Kuna, and Nampa.
All of our clinics use EPIC EHR and have excellent support staff including 1:1 MA, team nurses, population health and referral support. Many of our sites have on-site lab and x-ray and some of our sites are embedded with other services such as Urgent Care and Physician Therapy.
Schedule: Weekly patient contact hours range from 14-30 depending on desired FTE
Call: 1:30 phone only with excellent triage service, prorated based on FTE

Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) (or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment).
Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
