- 240K PLUS PRODUCTIVITY BONUS BASED ON RVUS and experience
- BC/BE
- Start July 2024
- Combination of Outpatient and SNF
- See ages 16 years and older
- Monday thru Friday 40-hour schedule.
- Schedule: 8am-12noon outpatient; 1pm " 4pm SNF
- 22 patients in total per day (between both places)
- One Sat a month to work from 9 am to 2 pm. (Only office patients. Usually see about 5 to 8 patient office only)
- No phone call - NP will take call
- No nights
- RVU bonus above 22 patients - each additional patient is paid based on RVU based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.
- Sign on bonus
- Relocation assistance, PTO, 1 week of CME plus $1,500.00 per year.
- Malpractice, Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401k with a 3 percent match (candidate will qualify to participate starting 2nd month of their employment), long term disability insurance, Term life insurance.
