Opportunity Details:
• Escape the hassles of city living when you join this thriving, independent and highly-regarded integrated health system only 2 hours from Minneapolis
• Work in a rural health clinic where there is a strong emphasis on clinician well-being to see why the culture there is second to none!
• Full-time is 32 patient contact hours/week, seeing 16-20 patients per day
• The team includes 20 advanced practice providers and 11 primary care physicians who use a Medical Home approach to care
• Amazing access to subspecialty support, including gastroenterology, orthopedic surgery, urology, cardiology and more!
• Epic EMR
Compensation and Benefits Details:
• Two year base compensation + tiered wRVU production bonus
• $200,000 recruitment incentives
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• $10,000 quality incentive
• Benefits include fully paid medical insurance valued at $8,500 annually plus retirement with a match and more!
