• Facility is accepting multiple providers

Candidate Requirements

• Must have an active GA license
• Minimum Board Status: Board Eligible
• Required Certifications: BLS

Job Details

• EMR: Epic (Training required as part of the onboarding process. Cannot be completed until credentialing is complete)
• Patients per shift: 20
• Est Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Support: 1 RN, 2 MA’s, 1 APP, 3 Office Staff
• Looking for provider to work M-F (8am to 5pm in clinic)
• Provider will be required to prescribe narcotics
