Practice Highlights
• Hybrid position providing outpatient shifts and combined light Inpatient/ED shifts for a 5 person group
• Established, collaborative team of physicians that are ready to mentor their next partner if needed
• Avg of 5 ED/Inpatient Shifts & 8-10 Clinics Days per month
• Closing out notes takes 30-60 mins per day with access to EPIC EMR + Bridge - The latest AI Scribe resource
Financial Highlights
• Competitive 2-year salary guarantee with tiered wRVU bonus, shift patient inpatient/ED work + quality incentives
• After Year 2 receive $213K in inpatient/ER shift base pay + WRVU for Clinic work
• $150,000 sign-on and retention package
