A 25-bed critical access hospital is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their group. After nearly 3 decades years of successful practice, one of this community's Family Medicine providers is retiring - you'll inherit a full patient panel and join a collegial staff.
Opportunity:
• Step into a readymade practice and join a group of 2 Family Medicine physicians and a full support staff
• Outpatient only practice seeing 15-20 patients per day
• 4-day work week - no weekends and no call
• J1/H1B Visa support available
• $300,000 year 1 + wRVU production incentives
• Comprehensive benefits including retirement up to 8% match and 6 weeks Paid Time Off
• Generous sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and Loan forgiveness eligible - $250,000
