Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 600+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking Family Medicine physicians to join our teams across the Boise Metro area.

Our Family Practice clinics are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life. All of our clinics have on-site lab and x-ray, and utilize EPIC EHR. Some of our sites are embedded with other services such Urgent Care, PT, and Occupational Medicine. Our teams have great support with 1:1 MA, Team Nurses, and Population Health clinical staff. We have openings in both large and small clinic settings across the area:

  • Lake Hazel Clinic (SW Boise)
  • West Emerald Clinic (Boise Bench)
  • Meridian Health Plaza – Meridian, ID (Boise suburb)

We offer 4-day workweeks, limited call (1:30) phone only with excellent triage service. We have offer robust benefits (including health/dental/vision effective day 1), and competitive compensation. Reduced FTE available depending on physician preference.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree

  • Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program

  • Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) (or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment)

  • Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
