Shift Details: Onsite, outpatient clinic. No call

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Work Details:

• Support Staff: PSR, MA, RN, 1 Physician, 2 APPs

• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time, 40hrs/week

• Patients per day: 20-22

• Department Description: Outpatient family practice

• EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:

• Clinic/Private Practice

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required

• License Required: Active IN license
